I’m so excited to announce I’m going to be a Staff Writer for Germ Magazine!

If you don’t know, Germ Magazine was created by famous author Jennifer Niven who is renouned for her YA novels, All the Bright Places, Holding Up the Universe and Breathless.

Germ Magazine was first mentioned in the novel All the Bright Places which the protagonist Violet Markey created. Later, Jennifer Niven brought the fictional magazine to reality and has been running since 2014.

To be clear, this isn’t a paid position, I still have a full time job and I’ll be using my spare time to write content for the magazine. However, what this will help with is the motivation to actually write and a place I’ll be guarenteed to be published so that I can add to my portfolio.

So as you might have guessed already, I’m extremely honoured to have been accepted by an author I’ve admired for years and I can’t wait to start!
